Grocery Shopping after WLS

I often talk about how much money I save on groceries now because my portions are so small. I figured I would give a glimpses at a typical shopping trip.

Frozen veggies
Protein shakes (I usually buy by the case)
Fish
pork chops
Turkey wings/legs
Chicken
Bacon
Smart Ones (dont always buy, just when on sale)
Waffles or Bread (both eaten sparingly and usually for my son)
Not shown*
*Water, Powerade, Crystal Light packets, and some treat like ice cream or cookies)

I spent about $40. This will last two weeks or more. I usually cook big pots of food and package up my meals by portions. Saves money, time, and energy. I freeze half of the containers and leave the rest in the fridge.
